CNC Trimming

All our routers are linked to our CAD system, which gives us the power to convert customer models into trim paths in an efficient and highly cost-effective way. In addition, our small stand-alone autoteaching unit gives us the added versatility to programme small items without halting production.

FIVE-AXIS CNC
Five-Axis CNC (Computer Numerical Control) trimming technology offers enhanced quality and accuracy on complex machine profiles. We have also trained all our operatives so that all programs are written in-house. The machine’s 5-axis capability means that more emphasis is placed on tolerance in the manufacture of precision components, often only found in the “injection moulding process”.

THREE-AXIS CNC
The 3-axis CNC offers the same technological benefits as its larger relative, but its ideally suited for holes or slotting on flat work pieces and provides levels of speed and accuracy that ensures a superior finish and performance each cycle time.
